Born 1969, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia. Presently residing in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
Special interests: body-focussed interactive art and design, experience-centred design methods, interpretive design, participatory museums, live-art, multimedia rehabilitation and arts-in-health.
PRESENT OCCUPATION
Tutor: UTS Faculty of Design, Architecture and Building, School of Design, “Creative Technologies” and “Design Thinking” (with Dr. Lizzie Muller), and various interaction-design studios (with Assoc. Prof. Albertus Bongers).
Artist-in-Residence: Kids Rehab, Children’s Hospital Westmead (June-December 2011), BRIGHTHEARTS project, collaborating with Dr Angie Morrow on design and trial of a biofeedback device for use with children undergoing painful recurrent procedures.
Research Associate: Interaction Design and Human Practices Laboratory (IDHuP), UTS Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology.
